I am missing an item or items in my order. What should I do?Updated 4 months ago

We apologize for the inconvenience if you did not receive your complete order. There are a couple of reasons why this might have happened. 


Reason 1: Your order shipped in multiple boxes.
Sometimes, when an order is shipped in multiple boxes, the boxes may get separated during transit. If your order shipped in more than one box, the missing boxes may arrive a day or two after the first box. If you still have not received the rest of your order, please reach out to us at [email protected] for further assistance. 


Reason 2: An item was left out from your order.
If the label on your box is showing 1 of 1, your order shipped in a single box. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly ship the missing item to you.
