What is Jelinek Cork's return policy?

Essential line products that have not been used or modified may be returned, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility:
  1. Only unused, unmodified essential line products are eligible for return.
  2. Non-stock, custom-made, or modified products cannot be returned.
Return Process:
  1. Prior written approval and authorization from Jelinek Cork is required before returning any product.
  2. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from Jelinek Cork before returning any item. Please contact us to receive your RMA number.
  3. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return carton.
  4. Products must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  5. US customers, please return your order to: Jelinek Cork Group, 1823 Maryland Avenue, Niagara Falls, New York 14305 
Charges:
  1. A 15% restocking charge applies to all approved returns.
  2. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated by Jelinek Cork.
Processing Time:
  1. Returns may take up to 45 days to process once received.
  2. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method upon completion of the return process.
