How do I return a damaged item to Jelinek Cork?

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below. Prior approval from Jelinek Cork is required before returning any product.

How to Initiate a Damaged Item Return:

  • Contact us with a clear explanation of the issue, including photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
  • Jelinek Cork will review your request and determine whether the return is warranted.
  • If approved, you will be assigned a Return Authorization (RMA) number, and the reason for the return will be recorded.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return:

  • Jelinek Cork will examine the returned product to determine the cause of the issue.
  • If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed, Jelinek Cork may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit, or repair or replace the product with a like item.
  • Jelinek Cork's liability is limited to the value of the returned product in the event a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

If No Manufacturing Defect Is Found:

  • If the returned product is found not to have a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, a 15% restocking charge plus return freight will apply, unless return freight was prepaid by Jelinek Cork.
