Do you offer terms for wholesale customers?

Jelinek Cork Group offers Net 30 payment terms to qualifying business customers. To apply, you will need to complete a credit application and submit it for review.

Who Can Apply?

Net 30 payment terms are available to business customers purchasing for commercial or trade purposes. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What You Will Need

Before completing the application, please have the following information available:
  1. Legal business name and address
  2. Years in business
  3. Federal Tax I.D. number (required)
  4. Officers of the company
  5. Accounts payable contact name
  6. Bank name, address, and account manager
  7. Desired credit amount
  8. Contact information for up to four major suppliers, including telephone numbers

How to Apply

Step 1 — Download the Credit Application
Download the Jelinek Cork Group Credit Application form below.
Step 2 — Complete the Form
Fill in all required fields. Please note the following:
  1. Your Federal Tax I.D. number is required. The application cannot be processed without it.
  2. Supplier references must include both telephone and fax numbers.
  3. If you are requesting Net 30 Day Terms, indicate your desired credit amount in the field provided.
Step 3 — Submit Your Application
Once the form is complete, submit it using one of the following methods:
  1. By email: Send the completed form to accounts.ca@jelinek.com
  2. By support ticket: Submit a ticket through our help desk and attach the completed form
