Can I install cork flooring over porcelain tile?

Floating cork flooring can be installed directly over tile with little to no prep of the existing flooring, provided the tile is in good condition, structurally sound, level, and smooth to allow the cork floating flooring panels to lay flat. Hollow spots, voids, and bumps in subfloors must be repaired or removed.
